Frantz is a former D1 athlete, a starting point guard for Texas Southern University under WNBA 3x Champion and Hall of Famer Cynthia Cooper. There, Frantz learned the definition of excellence. “It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. It’s how high you set the bar, and what measures you are willing to go to reach it”. Her philosophy is to provide her clients with the proper tools and knowledge to reach their full potential through fitness and athletics.
With 4 years of playing at the collegiate level and 2 years of coaching experience (Lynn University) Frantz brings a fresh and innovative, yet high intensity regiment and style of training.
